All meditation sessions are guided by an instructor.
Generally, the sessions are guided on a one-on-one basis. Occasionally, group sessions are held when multiple students come at the same time.
Instructors are always there to guide and help you until you find your true self.
Students can meditate for an unlimited amount of sessions within the open hours.
Usually students meditate 1 to 2 hours a day. However, there is no set time for how long they must meditate for. If students wish to meditate multiple sessions a day, that is very much encouraged.
Students make as much progress as they put in the time and effort. It is possible to complete this meditation practice from a year to a few weeks.
